First and MOST IMPORTANT: In order to be fair to our advertisers and to ensure quality communication, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND WRITE ENGLISH.Terms of Membership and Services
This Membership Agreement is a binding agreement between you the member and AdsTab.com, a manual traffic exchange.
Acceptance of membership and/or maintaining a subscription for services implies consent to this agreement, as well as future updates, alterations or changes to this agreement. AdsTab.com reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions of use at any time without prior notice.
You are not allowed to create more than 1 account. Multiple accounts with the same IP address will be considered fraudulent. No more than 1 account per person and/or IP address is allowed. You must be at least 18 years old to join this site.
AdsTab.com is not responsible for the income claims or promises with sites in traffic exchange rotation. You join any program at your own risk and we strongly advise you to please research all business opportunities before you invest any money.
You agree to receive regular updates, discount offers and promotions from AdsTab administrators. Your direct sponsor may also message you for support purposes only. Please report any spam by contacting us.
You are solely responsible for the maintenance and payment of any upgrades or
advertising packages created by you or your representatives. Only those who have
access to your online banking account(s) may do so.
AdsTab is not responsible for any lost credits, or any damages, loss of data, or other problems associated with using our services. You agree to use this service at your own risk so please keep your passwords hard to guess to protect your account from hacking.
Changing Upline, Deleting your account only to re-join again in an effort to
change your referrer is not allowed. Asking members to delete their account and
re-join under you is not allowed.
Email Requirements
Any member who does not receive their verification email within 30 minutes is
most likely using an email server that blocks various emails. You should use the Contact page if you need help.
If your email bounces you will be suspended or deleted, depending on how many
times it has happened and your willingness to fix it.
In order to stop receiving our occasional emails with news and promotions you
are allowed to delete your account.
Purchases
All purchases are final after payment is finished and no refunds will be issued. Before you proceed with your payment
please make sure you are paying exactly product you wish to buy!
Upgrades and advertising services are automatically added to your account after
successful payment is made, BUT if connection between AdsTab.com and payment
vendors fail and you do not receive product you paid for, please contact us as
soon as possible so our administrators can assign your account with product you
paid for.
Payout Requests
You can withdraw money from your account balance at AtsTab.com if your
balance is $5.00 or more. To do so you have to request your payout from your
account panel. Once you made payout request, your account will be checked for
cheating or any violation of this Terms. If administrators discover that
you violated this Terms you payout request will be denied. If everything is in
order, you will receive your requested payout within 48 business hours. Payouts
can be received trough PayPal or Alertpay.
False Representing
We do not tolerate anyone who spam others or uses false information to get referrals.
Your NAME must be on your account at this site. Full Name, first and
last, is required and it must match the Alertpay or PayPal account that you
are sending and receiving payments with. Your username is not an acceptable
name on your account. If your name on your site account and your name on your
Alertpay or PayPal account do not match, your payout request or purchase can be denied.
Your informations are secure and will never be shared with anyone.
Cheating
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If
someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to
delete all of the user's earnings or credits and suspend the user from our
membership network. Cheating would include any of the following:
- Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
- Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
- Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.
We do not tolerate spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates, specials, contests and issues with the site.
Inactive Accounts
If your account has been inactive for more than 45 days, it may be deleted.
Advertising Terms
The Title for the ad must NOT contain the word CHEAT, in any form.
The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
You must not advertise any site, program, item, etc... that is a scam or spam. We do not tolerate scams, and will not advertise for them.
The website must not contain any frame breakers.
The website must be in English.
The website must not contain or promote any viruses
The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
The website must not contain popup/popunder ads
If your ad or website in rotation violate any of this term, it will be suspended without crediting your account. Your account may also be deleted or suspended at the discretion of the administrator, with no refunds on any purchases or payout on earnings if you violate this terms.
Subject to change
This agreement can change. We have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members. Please check these terms often.
Member Statement:
I have thoroughly read and understand the AdsTab.com terms and conditions. I
understand that AdsTab.com will always do it's utmost to provide a professional,
quality advertising service. In joining and/or purchasing a AdsTab.com services
I am automatically agreeing to said terms and conditions and I understand that
failure to comply with these terms may result in account termination without
rights to get paid or claim any refunds on any money spend for AdsTab.com
services.
